By accessing and using TBX Mastering's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TBX Mastering provides professional audio mastering services through our online platform. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Audio mastering and enhancement
• Format conversion and optimization
• Preview services for new users
• Customer support and revision requests

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Pricing

Our current pricing is €15 per track for standard mastering services. Payment is required before downloading the final mastered track. All prices are subject to change with notice.

5. File Upload and Content

By uploading content to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the uploaded content or have proper authorization
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The content is not illegal, harmful, or offensive
• You accept responsibility for all uploaded content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your original content. TBX Mastering does not claim ownership of your uploaded tracks. However, you grant us a limited license to process, master, and deliver your content as part of our services.

All mastering work performed by TBX Mastering is considered work-for-hire, and you own the rights to the final mastered product upon payment.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all uploaded content. Your tracks are never shared with third parties and are stored securely on our servers. Files are automatically deleted after 90 days unless otherwise requested.

8. Service Availability and Turnaround

We strive to provide services within 1-3 business days for standard orders. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Service availability may be affected by technical issues, high demand, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you're not satisfied with the mastered result, we will work with you on revisions or provide a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system.

10. Limitation of Liability

TBX Mastering's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Uploading copyrighted material without permission
• Distributing illegal or harmful content
• Attempting to reverse engineer our services
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
